Policies

Reservations:

We require a 20% deposit upon booking in order to reserve any rental items. This deposit will go toward the total amount to be paid. Final Payments are due the week of the event. We go off the estimated amount of guests for an event and we require final numbers for guests 2 weeks prior to event.

Our rentals are priced for 1-4 days for most items. We don’t charge by the day unless it’s noted in our brochure or website.

Delivery Service is available during regular business hours for a reasonable mileage charge that is based on ground level directly off our delivery vehicle. There may be additional charges for transporting rental items for delivery sites not accessible for our delivery vehicles. Any delivery and/or pick up times before or after hours or on holidays may have additional fees.

Set up services are also available for an additional fee for any G & K Rental items.


Cancellation Fees:

In an event of a cancellation within 30 days of an event will forfeit the deposit amount. Cancellations prior to 30 days will receive a refund of the deposit.


Tent Policies:

The prices for our tent rentals includes the first 15 miles of delivery as well as all set up and take down of our tents, with the exception of our pop up tents.

Our pole tents require a 5′ perimeter in order to stake and secure into the ground. There may be additional fees for any drilling and/or tar plus on asphalt. It’s up to the property owner to call #811 (Gopher1) 3 days prior to Tent set up.


Dishes:

All food service, concession, and dinnerware rental items should come back to G & K Rental rinsed, free of food and placed back into original containers. There may be an additional fee if this has not been done. G & K Rental will have rental items cleaned and sanitized prior to rent.


Linens:

All used linen rentals must come back in laundry bags provided by G & K Rental along with any original hangers and/or containers. Our linens are sanitized and pressed prior to rent.


Damage Waiver:

There may be a % damage fee on our rental items. Any items lost and/or broken upon return must be replaced at the purchase price.
